MPA Scottish Awards Winner

16 June 2010

Success at MPA Scottish Region Awards 2010

Many of the top photographers in Scotland recently attended the Master Photographers Association (MPA) Scottish Region Awards at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Dunblane.  Andrew Gransden was delighted to win the accolade of the 'Most Promising Classical Portrait Photographer 2010'.  This is a very great honour and a recognition of his work just a year after qualifying for the MPA - the only organization whose membership is made up entirely of full-time professional photographers.

Andrew also gained a welcome Merit for his Monochrome - black and white - image (shown) taken at a wedding in Glen Tanar last summer.  You can just imagine what they are talking about.
