Gemma and Andrew's Big Day

My longest booked clients Gemma Findlater and Andrew Harper tied the knot at Maryculter House Hotel on the banks of the River Dee near Aberdeen. This year's cool and wet spring forced much of the photography to be done indoors in this cozy historic country house hotel. I was helped by the outstanding low light capabilities of the new Nikon D3S DSLR to capture their record of their big day.

When I first met Gemma 2 years ago she confessed to hating having her photograph taken. Our pre-wedding shoot proved to her that she had nothing to worry about. On the day she looked absolutely stunning and was so natural in front of the camera. Job done!
