Success in 20x16 Competition

Although I was unable to attend The Societies Photographic Convention in London, I was delighted to receive my 20x16 print competition entries back and find that 3 of the 4 had received a Merit (>=80%) with the fourth missing out by point.  The merits include my favourite reportage wedding photograph of 3 oldies chatting caught in deep conversation at a wedding.  The other 2 are from my wildlife work: a Gannet taken at Troup near the world-famous historic fishing village of Pennan and the other of a rare Amur Tiger at the Highland Wildlife Park near Kincraig in the Scottish Highlands.  This is a great honour in this international competition.
